为保证航材备件的完好率,解决仓储机载通信电台长期不通电导致的装备性能下降甚至出现故障的问题,综合运用自动测试、虚拟仪器、面向信号设计等技术,以计算机为核心,以PXI仪器、GPIB仪器为依托,以多种总线接口为纽带,构建了一种可靠性高、通用性好、操作简便、可扩展性强的自动化通电老炼平台。通过在航材仓库中使用,证明该电台老炼检测系统降低了仓储通信电台的失效率,提高了仓储电台的完好率。  相似文献

During the last few decades, photothermal radiometry (PTR) has been greatly developed and widely applied in the field of nondestructive testing. However, the traditional PTR system employs an expensive lock-in amplifier to detect the weak photothermal signal, which leads to high cost and long test time. In this paper, a fast transmission PTR system based on sampling by using an internal computer sound card was developed to lower the system cost and shorter the test time. A piece of amorphous silicon (a:Si) thin film solar cells with artificial defects was prepared and tested by the system. The results show that the sharpened defects can be identified easily and quickly according to the significant peaks of the original infrared signal sampled by the internal computer sound card. Furthermore, more detailed defects can be investigated by processing the infrared signal. These validate the effectiveness of the proposed transmission PTR system as a low cost and efficient non-destructive test technique.  相似文献

A non-destructive version of a standard test for concrete permeability has been demonstrated. The method is based on water penetration depth estimation from near-field microwave measurements using an open-ended rectangular waveguide. In particular, water penetration is determined from the differential measurement of reflection coefficient in the S-band before and after injection of water under pressure. Experimental results show a good correlation between the standard destructive test and the new method. Microwave measurements simplify the standard test avoiding the need of drilling out a sample from the structure and thus reducing both the cost and time needed in the analysis.  相似文献

Water absorption and thermal response of adhesive composite joints were investigated by measurements and numerical simulations. Water diffusivity, saturation, swelling, and thermal expansion of the constituent materials and the joint were obtained from gravimetric experiments and strain measurements using embedded fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors. The mechanical response of these materials at different temperatures and water content was characterized by dynamic mechanical analysis. Thermal loading and water absorption in joint specimens were detected by monitoring the FBG wavelength shift caused by thermal expansion or water swelling. The measured parameters were used in finite element models to simulate the response of the embedded sensor. The good correlation of experimental data and simulations confirmed that the change in FBG wavelength could be accurately related to the thermal load or water absorption process. The suitability of the embedded FBG sensors for monitoring of water uptake in adhesive composite joints was demonstrated.  相似文献

The effect of the load type (tension and compression) in quasi-static and of the applied mean stress in fatigue tests on the mechanical behaviour and on the damage mechanisms in unidirectional (UD) carbon/epoxy laminates has been studied in combination with the influence of fibre volume content. Results show that the fibre volume content increases the mechanical properties in tension–tension fatigue tests for all tested angles 0°, 45° and 90°. The tensile damage mechanisms of off-axis specimens depend on the fibre volume content and change from matrix cracking and matrix–fibre debonding to fibre-pull out with an increasing amount of fibres as investigated in detail in a previous work. In tension–compression tests, higher fibre volume contents are only beneficial in fatigue tests at angles of 0° and 45°. Fatigue strengths of UD 90° specimens in tension–compression tests are not significantly improved by the fibre volume content which can be ascribed to breakage of entire fibre bundles and crushed fibres on the fracture surfaces.  相似文献

The concept of “dynamic thermal tomography” (DTT) was suggested in the 1980s. At that time, there was a wave of interest in the tomographic analysis of materials by active thermal nondestructive testing (TNDT). Unlike particles and quanta of electromagnetic radiation, thermal energy propagates in solids by diffusion. Therefore, a purely geometrical approach, that is characteristic of computed X-ray tomography, is replaced in DTT with the analysis of the evolution of temperature versus time. DTT is based on the fact that, in one-sided TNDT, deeper material layers are characterized by longer time delays of the thermal response. The DTT algorithm is relatively stable when used in the inspection of certain materials. Thermal waves experience damping by amplitude and retardation in time. This limits the detection depth and produces certain artifacts that can be suppressed by thresholding maxigrams. DTT can also be considered as a specific way of data presentation that has proven to be useful in many practical cases, including surface and volumetric thermal stimulation of both metals and non-metals. Thermal tomograms appear similar to binary maps of defects, thus enabling more reliable defect detection in comparison to conventional IR thermograms. In this paper, a “reference-free” approach to DTT is proposed being based on some mathematical manipulations with a front-surface temperature response. Also, the possibility of using the DTT principles for processing the results of ultrasonic infrared thermography is demonstrated.  相似文献

High amplitude non-linear acoustic methods have shown potential for the identification of micro damage in brittle materials such as concrete. Commonly, these methods evaluate a non-linearity parameter from the relative change in frequency and attenuation with strain amplitude. Here, a novel attenuation model is introduced to describe the free reverberation from a standard impact resonance frequency test, together with an algorithm for estimating the unknown model coefficients. The non-linear variation can hereby by analyzed over a wider dynamic range as compared to conventional methods. The experimental measurement is simple and fully compatible with the standardized free-free linear impact frequency test.  相似文献

Carbon nanofibers (CNFs) dispersed epoxy resin was reinforced with unidirectional glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) grafted ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibers. Tensile tests were performed on unfilled, and CNF filled epoxy to identify the effect of adding CNFs on the mechanical properties of epoxy. The highest improvement in strength was obtained with 1 wt% of CNF. Tensile and flexural properties improvements in three-component nanocomposites were confirmed by obtained results. The combined use of CNFs and GMA-grafted UHMWPE fibers leads to a significant synergy in the mechanical properties of nanocomposites. The mechanisms of such synergism were analyzed by fracture studies using scanning electron microscopy.  相似文献

Based on the theory of free vibration of a thin plate, the acoustic-optical fiber NDE technique is proposed for the detection of interfacial debonding in FRP-retrofitted structures. A focused sound beam generated from a variable frequency loudspeaker source can be controlled to form a local vibration field at the surface of an FRP-retrofitted structure. Local vibration anomalies caused by interfacial debonding in the structure can be measured by the surface-mounted optical fiber interferometer, and thus, interfacial debonding can be detected, mapped, and quantified. Based on the results from both numerical and experimental studies, the feasibility of interfacial debonding detection in FRP-retrofitted structures with the proposed technique is demonstrated.  相似文献
